To return a product, please first read though the following terms and conditions, then follow our returns online procedure.
Return Policy
We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from the V Smoke Shop,however, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.
Items Damaged in Transit
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it on the day of reciept. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.
Items Faulty on Arrival
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 10 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.
Duties & Taxes
Most products are subject to the payment of import duties (e.g. in the U.S.) or other duties, and other charges including value-added tax (VAT) or other taxes. If these are applicable, they will be levied and determined when the shipment is processed by the applicable customs agency in your country. Please check your country's import policy to understand and ascertain the applicability of and your liability for any such duties or taxes for the products you purchase.
All applicable duties and taxes, if any, are not included in the purchase price of your order or transaction. If they apply and are levied, then they are your (and not our or the product manufacturer's or supplier's) sole and exclusive responsibility, and shall be paid by you directly to your government or to the courier company, when the products are delivered.
Payment of the above-referred duties, charges and taxes are not our (or the product manufacturer's or supplier's) responsibility.
We shall not be responsible for any shipping or customs delay since this is outside our control.

We will acknowledge by e-mail your order for a Product at the time you place your order. Any order is subject to availability of the Product. If the Product becomes unavailable prior to delivery we will notify you within 21 days of acceptance of your order and give you the choice of cancelling the order and receiving a refund or of purchasing an alternative product ("Alternative Product"). If payment has been taken for the Product and you have cancelled the order we will issue a refund within 7 days of receiving notification of cancellation of the order. If you choose to purchase an Alternative Product these Terms will apply. If payment has been taken for the cancelled order we will refund to you any overpayment or take payment for any underpayment. In the event a Product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we will notify you within 14 days of accepting your order of the correct price by e-mail and we will give you the choice of either purchasing the Product at the correct price or canceling your order. If you confirm you want to purchase the Product at the corrected price we will deliver the Product to you. The placing of a Product on our Website is an invitation to accept offers for such Product and is not an offer to sell at the listed price nor is it binding on us. We are under no obligation to accept your order (whether or not the order has been confirmed and the credit card been charged). The use of this website is governed under the terms and conditions of V Smoke Shop located in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada, any legal issues that may present themselves in the use of this website shall be governed and adjudicated by the law in that area and region.
